چکیده
The study aimed to evaluate the effect of Thepax and BioBoost as food additives on microorganisms in intestines fish. From March 4 October 22, total number common carp was 900 fish with an average weight 163.41 ±10.16 g a density 100 fish/cage; three replicates were used for each treatment. fed times daily. included T1(0%additive), T2(1g/kgThepax)and T3 (1 g/kgBioBoost). highest final value is treatment (2209.34 g), followed by Bio Boost control. Microorganisms showed significant differences (P<0.05) T2 Lactobacillus sp. (10² x 65 CFU/ml) 55 control T1 23 CFU/ml), also Cellulomonas 54 39 7 CFU/ml). At same time, Aeromonas bacteria higher 34 over treatments 2 both. We concluded best additive 1 / kg feed recommended diets carp. Common Carp, Cyprinus carpio
The common carp (Cyprinus carpio) belongs to the family Cyprinidae. In nature, carp live in the middle or lower reaches of a river with slow currents, or in marshes. Their habitats are usually weedy areas with a muddy bottom. Carp fry feed on zooplankton such as rotifers and copepods, but as they grow up they become benthic feeders, feeding on animals and other organic material. The cyprinids h...
متن کاملCommon carp - Cyprinus carpio
Distribution ! e common carp [Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus (1758)] has been one of the oldest domesticated species of fi sh for food. Culture of carp in China dates back to at least the 5th century BC, although domestication began much later. ! e European races of carp derived from wild carp of the Danube; the earliest attempts date back to the Roman Empire and spread of Christianity in Europe, fro...
متن کاملLipid Quality of Common Carp (Cyprinus carpio) in Pond Culture
There is a large body of evidence that n-3 fatty acids, especially EPA and DHA are beneficial for human health. Content of these fatty acids in fish fillet can be influenced by several factors. This thesis examined differences in lipid content, lipid class and fatty acid composition among three parts of common carp fillets. The effect of genetic background on lipid content and fatty acid compos...
متن کاملMolecular Characterization and Growth Association of Two Apolipoprotein A-Ib Genes in Common Carp (Cyprinus carpio)
Apolipoprotein A-I (ApoA-I) is functionally involved in the transportation and metabolism of lipids in vertebrates. In this study, two isoforms of apoA-Ib in common carp (Cyprinus carpio L.) were characterized. Sequence comparison and phylogenetic analysis showed that C. carpio ApoA-Ib is relatively conserved within cyprinid fishes. During embryonic development, C. carpio apoA-Ib was first expr...
متن کاملPolymorphisms in Myostatin Gene and Associations with Growth Traits in the Common Carp (Cyprinus carpio L.)
Myostatin (MSTN) is a member of the transforming growth factor-β superfamily that negatively regulates skeletal muscle development and growth. In the present study, partial genomic fragments of MSTN were screened for single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in selected common carp individuals from wild populations, and two SNPs in intron 2 (c.371 + 749A > G, c.371 + 781T > C) and two synonymous S...
